The atmosphere and service have really turned around since new management came in. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick... bite and were very pleased with the customer service. Our orders were accurate and came out quickly. The lobby was well kept andclean. We love having a Wendy's in Castle Rock and will definitely be back! Read more

This rating needs a negative 10 stars!!! This place should be shut down!!!!!!! It would be better than serving disgusting food... and more. We waited for 15 min or more to pickup a doordash order and there wasn?t any line or anyone inside. It didn?t evenlook open. It was a simple order of just ckn nuggets and several drinks. The person at the drive up window DID NOT EVEN SPEAKENGLISH and we could even communicate with us therefore failed to complete the order correctly. The customer ended up missing anitem on the order! I REFUSE TO PICKUP ANY DOORDASH ORDER OR EVER EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. THE LAST TIME WE ATE THERETHE FOOD WAS COLD, DRIED OUT BUN AND FOOD THAT YOU WOULDN?T WANT TO FEED YOUR DOG! STAY AWAY!!! RUN AWAY! This puts a horriblestatus on the Wendy?s name that used to make amazing burgers and awesome service. There are tons of places that have survivedthe changes since COVID. I understand being understaffed but today was ridiculous. I was picking up an order and had to sit in the drivethru as the... dining room was closed. I waited for over 30 minutes and then the order wasn't even correct. Then was told by Someone who lookedlike a manager that I wasn't allowed to come in, through the glass door, wouldn't even bother to come talk to me. That I had towait in that drive thru line again. All it takes is a little effort to make things right especially when my customers alreadyhad waited long over their promised delivery time. Read more

I waited about 12 minutes behind 5 people, in that time they only took 2 orders. Watching the drive-thru outside I counted... roughly 10 cars that went all the way through before I decided to leave. Worlds worst Wendy's. If I could give less stars I would. This is a review spanning my 3 years time living in castle rock. ... Today was just the final straw. Spent exactly 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for my order. 20 of those minutes wereafter they charged my card. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food place but Irarely go there anymore since this location has been this bad for all of the 3 years I've lived here. Slow (painfully) service.I watched the man behind me leave and drive across the street to burger king and get his food and drive away 15 minutes before Ileft Wendy's. 7+ cars left during my time in line. Inaccurate orders every (yes every) time. Always something but about halfthe time something major or missing. I gave the manager a piece of my mind and I thought I was pretty respectful to him but youcould tell he was at the end of his rope. I could easily blame the workers and to be fair they are typically bad at their jobs. However the real blame lies as with whoever owns this location. After 3 years of this being the expectation it's on theowner. Wendy's in any other location is up to par, why not this one? Read more

I ordered a Spicey chicken sandwich. It was dry and tasted like they just dumped a bottle of black pepper on it. Plus the... drive through line took forever. I think I was in line about 15 minutes. They didn't like very busy. But to many cars we Ithe parking lot. There were only about 4 or five cars in the drive through. I won't be stopping at that I've Wendy'sanymore. If you're in a hurry don't go there. Read more

There was a lady there in a blue shirt, no name tag. Her service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I felt like I was being yelled at... through the drive through. When I got to the window she was fussed, her clothes were extremely dirty, she didn?t bother to greetwith a smile, or have any kind of customer service other than ?here?s your food? I politely asked for her name because she wasnot wearing a name tag. She refused so I have a description that she is blonde and I would assume a manager of some sort. I ama shift leader for my store and I would never EVER treat my customers this way. Don?t go to this Wendy?s. Although the food maybe decent. It?s not worth it to come here if I feel yelled at after I leave. If I could I would rate this establishment 0/5. ItUSED to be a great fast food place and in my 20 years of being in this town and going to that store it?s gone downhill. Read more
