Great experience here, stopped by on a whim on a Saturday at that and they had a long wait, spoke to "someone" and they were... able to get us sat outside (it was nice) for drinks and apps right away! The apps and drinks were great and the outside seatingwas nice as well. The indoor vibe looks cool, so I'd def. like to check that out some time as well! We just enjoyed a great Happy Hour at Union in Castle Rock! Our server Brandon was wonderful… he offered great suggestions,... our drinks were replenished often, food came quickly, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The Happy Hour food is definitelyworth exploring as you enjoy the drink specials. Next time I’m in Castle Rock (on my way from Denver to the Springs), we’llbe back to Union! Thanks guys! Read more
You'd never expect this place to have an amazing menu! If it was possible to make love to food, The Chop would be it, along with... their crème brûlée. The Chop is a double pork chop with apple chutney, and mashed potatoes. It's extremely tender, succulent,and EXTREMELY delicious. I finished the entire thing and also had their crème brûlée which was also so delicious. Our serverwas Savanah and she was awesome and very friendly! My husband had the beef tenderloin and we paired our meal with a deliciouswine from Palisade. Union adds on a 3% fee for their kitchen staff, because like a home, they recognize their kitchen staff isthe heart of their restaurant. Definitely recommend coming here and will be coming back. We made reservations (I highly recommend that you do) the food was delicious and the waitress was great. I had the Salmon Salad... which was excellent! We started out with their calamari appetizer which was great. They have outside dining as well which we hadwanted but the wait would have been longer than what we wanted. Read more
My GF & I were excited to try this place Bc of all the great reviews & the great happy hour selection. The food was all great... but our server was horrible & extremely slow. We ordered a few drinks & apps on the happy hour menu that all came out great! Butfor our entree we ordered the beef tenderloin flatbread pizza & as she brought it out & set it infront of us she was like oh thekitchen made it gluten free..but it’s good so just try it (so we tried it & it tasted gross) & then she came back & said mymanager wants you to try the normal pizza, so they brought out what we ordered originally & after eating once piece we realizedthere was a hair in it so we sent both the pizzas back & just asked for the check & she said we can have a free dessert so wetold her which one & she never came back for our check or with our dessert so we ended up walking inside to the cashier & sawour waitress just talking inside by the bar so we paid for the bill & then someone handed us a to go container of a dessert & weleft. Very disappointed in this experience. We may come back but will definitely not get that waitress. Read more

This place is a gem. Not pretentious. Just a good, down to earth, nice restaurant. We had the pork chop, and 2 glasses of house... cab. $60 out the door, including tip. Amazing quality. The pork chop was over mashed potatoes, with a sweet cherry sauce. Read more
