Came in today 6/10/21 with my kids to get a quick bite after grocery shopping. The lady that ?helped us? was very rude. Didn?t... greet us, didn?t ask if we wanted our subs toasted. The gal that rang us up, with the blond hair was very polite and pleasant,but the other gal needs to work on her customer service and attitude. Maybe a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt. I work in the area and come in quite frequently looking for a sandwich. Today 3/29/2021, I came in to a line of people waiting... for an order to be taken and made. A few folk had been waiting about ten minutes for a staff member to take their order. Theyall left and I stood there hoping maybe the staff was just on a break and that if I waited she/he would be out in no time.Nobody came to the front after standing there for 20 minutes. I tried shouting to the back, and called the store twice. Noemployee came out and I wasted my break waiting on them. This is not the first time it?s happened, it?s been an ongoingincident. Lady on register very rude, went in after purchasing a prepackaged meal from Walmart wanting to buy some ranch. Explained to the... lady and she immediately replied "we're not a part of Walmart". Tried to explain and before I could even get a word out was told"have a nice day" as she proceeded to turn away from me.
