I go to the Starbucks almost daily, get the same thing and today when it was wrong instead of just offering to make me a new... drink they made me pay for another six dollar drink. Never again! Went to the worst starbucks experience in the area. Coffee is served out of jugs - just as a gas station would. Since this is... located inside Safeway, I think job security is assured in spite of not answering questions directly, making me wait until theinter-barista conversation has all but come to a halt... seriously fire them all. Whoever made mine and my wife's coffee didn't make it right the first time. Which was fine, we are understanding people. one... just had been made with whip cream. And they also didn't have the Carmel drizzle in top of either. After sending them back wegot two coffees with so much Carmel drizzle in it that taking a sip we both got mothfulls of Carmel and about 1/4 of our cupsare just caramel. It just seems a little on purpose when you send a coffee back for a Carmel drizzle and you get so much it'sdisgusting.We ordered at 3:28 today from register 4. Read more
Starbucks is the most expensive watered down coffee, no matter what u order it?s always the same, a ton of ice with none of the... ingredients they say are in it. I would recommend if u want a real coffee with real espresso beans try Oo-de-lally in castlerock it?s amazing!! Always super delicious and they give you a punchcard for free coffees after you buy 10 beverages and thenyou can get any size coffee with any shots of espresso added for free!! It?s amazing! Read more
