This is more for Sam working the front of this location. They seem to be very hard working, honest and genuine. Whatever yoy are... paying him. You aren't paying him enough. He's good at this job and deserves recognition for it. As far as it goes for foodquality. Whatever you expect it to be like from a sonic, that's what it is. About average food, greasy american. I believe theycould do a better job at freshness if anything. Read more
I never leave reviews, but this Sonic is seriously THE BEST I have ever been to. Every other location I visit, I find myself... disappointed with the service and the food, but never here. Staff is unmatched and the food is consistently well done. Also, tothe wonderful employee who always call it ?her Sonic? in the drive-thru, keep on killing it! Read more
To start, we tried to order from the stall and the young lady screamed through the speaker ?I can?t hear you!!? over and over... even tho we spoke loud and clear. Very rude! Ordered 2 chicken strips meals w/gravy only to be told they discontinued thegravy. So asked for Honey mustard. With 2 meals and 10 strips total they gave us 1 honey mustard each and would give no more!The strips were greasy and tasteless. The toast was dry. No butter. We ordered fries and they sent them out with tots so theyhad to go back. The fries were not cooked either. A huge waste of money as we couldn?t eat any of it. DO BETTER SONIC ofCastle Rock!! Ordered double bacon burger. Instead got burger (stale and dry), cheese and bun... no bacon, no lettuce, no condiments. Also... ordered chicken tenders and they aren't even edible. So overcooked, there was no difference between the texture of the breadingand the chicken. Pretty disappointing all around. The French fries were good, so that was a relief, considering I just spent$25 and couldn't eat any of the other items without gagging. It's a shame because I expected this Sonic to be better. Loved the burgers and shakes. Order was exactly as we asked. But Oooowee! The onion rings are disgusting. They have a sweetened... batter. Not salty at all. Not a fan of onion doughnuts. Never will buy onion rings there again. Read more
Every single time I'm deciding what to eat, this sonic pops into my mind. The service is unmatched and the food is high quality.... You're not gonna be breaking the bank here, for a meal, it's like $6-7 dollars! I honestly enjoy being here and my food isalways served fast in under 4 minutes. I really don't get all the one-star reviews. If you want a quick bite with high-qualityfood and service then look no further. Read more
One of my top five choices in Castle Rock! The employees are almost always positive and thorough! Our order has is always filled... correctly and the food is hot and tasty. It's becoming a rare, Very rare thing that the customer is treated withrespect...(there's a 'noodles' restaurant in town where the customer is literally treated like a felon.) But that's not the caseat Sonic. They are professional, courteous, knowledable and respectful. Thank you for the good experience time after time! Read more
