Arrived at 8:30pm and the store was already closed. Online it says it was open till 9pm door was open and sign said open but... when we entered the store they said they were closed. safe to say this smoothie king location has lost my business. Read more

the 2 little boys woking the smoothie king on march 13, 2022 at approximately 6:21 were horrible. the ginger looks like fez from... euphoria and the hot one with the chain did not have good customer service. we ordered the same smoothie and they tastecompletely different. and they didn?t help me when my card declined. I?ve been going to this Smoothie King almost weekly for over a year and I?m appalled. This place has gone downhill fast. Just... tried to go there 2 hours after it was supposed to be open and it was closed. Not enough employees, and the good ones theyactually had Carly and Kevin who were always super pleasant and made the best smoothies are no longer there. Those two are theones who kept that place running even on days and when it was just then and a line out the door. Whoever is in charge of hiringand firing should be fired. They can?t keep enough people around to keep the doors open. And even if they are open no guaranteethe smoothie is gonna taste right. Read more
Husband and I went for the first time today. We got the Passion Passport, and Pineapple Surf and they did not dissapoint! Yum!... However the young girl behind the counter was quite dismissive. She also refused to take cash for payment, even though therewere no signs or anything advertising this rule. Read more
Great customer service. Many varieties. There is handicap parking in front. Nice and spacious inside. They do have a restroom... however it is closed at the time due to COVID19. Read more
