I hadn't had Potbelly in years until 10 min ago. Omg, what a sandwich, just how I remember it and still drooling from it! This... comes from someone who NEVER eats sandwiches, except from Potbelly. The only sandwich I have ever and will always order is thechicken salad sandwich (cheddar cheese, italian seasoning, lettuce, tomato, onion, and balsamic vinegar on sandwich and on theside). YUM YUM YUM!! Read more

My family and I wanted potbelly sandwiches for brunch, we were deciding on what to order. We rolled down our window and the... drive thru person said ?are you guys going to order or not??? In a very rude tone. My sister and I were very alarmed on how wewere greeted, when we were about to say what we wanted the employee said again ?are you gonna order, HELLOOO??? So the we justsaid no thank you and left and looked for somewhere else with better customer service. I just wanted a sandwich. Read more

Went tonight (Sunday) at 8:29pm (they close at 9p), with the intention of getting 4 sandwiches to go- we would not eat in when... they are 30min from closing. A young man with blonde hair to his shoulders came out from the back, slammed a metal tray down sohard it echoed through the empty restaurant, and looked at us, sighed, and rolled his eyes. Then mumbled "just a minute" andwent back in the back. We walked out. There are many other sandwich places in Castle Rock. With such a warm greeting, we willfind a place that does not treat customers like a nuisance. It's sad that poor customer service can ruin a place. Read more

Love this location! In my experience the drive through is super fast and never backed up. Employees are always kind and... courteous. The subs are toasted perfectly. I have also gotten probably the best fast food milkshake I have ever had from them. The wreck quite possibly might be the perfect sandwich. Read more

After seeing that castle rock had anther sandwich shop to choose from we wanted to give this place a try. It was a Totally... disappointment. I understand with Covid and peoples want for business to treat them with respect many places are under staffed. But 45 minutes for a sandwich is madness. Since the Lobby is closed your forced to use the drive through that does not allowfor one to leave. Your stuck there. My recommendation would be to open your lobby and allow people to leave and if they don?thave the time to wait. You don?t have to let them eat in there. I feel for the person who was on their lunch break. They are nowlate for work and did not get to eat. Also, if that is how your going to run your business. State such? a simple note like heyfolks- do to staffing shortages and our inability to manage ourselves we anticipate that it will take 45 minutes to make asandwich. Please plan accordingly. As for the sandwich? not worth the wait. Read more

PotBelly is one of the underrated sandwich shops here in the Denver and surrounding suburbs. If you like cold sandwiches, this... is the place to go. At times, you may catch a musician playing music for the customers which I find quite pleasing and soothing. The customer service is outstanding, the facility is super clean and maintained, and the food is always great. If you?re not upto making the trip to PotBelly, guess what, they have a mobile app for doordash and if you don?t want to go inside, guess whatagain, this family has a drive thru! That is an added bonus. I highly encourage and recommend others to come here and supportyour local establishment during these trying times. Read more
