The two employees working in the afternoon on 7/18 were so friendly and helpful. I had never been in and they helped me... customize a juice to my specific preferences and it was DELICIOUS! *UPDATED REVEW I decided to change my review because I felt like I wasn't being fair. Like I said I love Nekter. I give 4 star... because I still feel like they could've been upfront about the issue but I do understand today's supply issues that we all arefacing. I will still go to this location regularly. *OLD REVIEW I?m giving 2 stars because I love Nekter and their food isgreat BUT I?m very disappointed at the management of the Castle Rock location. They ran out of the regular bowls and startedserving them in a significantly smaller bowl and didn?t say anything or made clients aware. I?m a regular client so I obviouslynoticed it right away and when I asked what was going on they all looked at each other like I was speaking a different language.Finally someone stepped up and was trying to tell me it?s ?just a little bit less?. If that?s the case than I would like to paya little bit less. I don?t know about you but I like to get what I pay for and not less. I was extremely disappointed when I went and and ordered. The two girls behind the counter were extremely unfriendly, and made... it very clear that they did not want to be working today. What was most disturbing was the girl that was making the smoothiebowls dropped pineapple on the ground picked it up With her gloves and then went back to cutting my banana with her dirtygloves. When I asked her if she wouldn?t mind cutting up another banana with a different pair of gloves she gave me the dirtiestlook and ignored my request. Went in this morning for the Toxin Flush and a ginger shot topped with cayenne and lemon! after ordering I had a great... conversation with the staff:) I am LOVING THE ATMOSPHERE! Such a vibrant style, modern, a sweet little spot to go after morningmeditation, and such lovely staff! The manager was present and when he came in the staff was still joyful, present, andrelaxed:) this tells me the environment they work in is pleasant! (I hate going into places and you see the staff tense up whena manager or boss walks by) overall my experience was great and I will be back ASAP! Go in grab a drink or snack they are reallysweet! Pretty decent drinks here. I don't know the young lady that served me but she was really nice. I think with everything going on... she was pretty shocked how welcoming I was. This place is incredible! Definitely not what I expected but in the best way possible! When you walk in you are greeted with a... clean, beautiful spot that doesn't smell like air freshener which can be common in food places trying to hide lack ofcleanliness. Not Nekter! It is so clean and the staff was so welcoming and even made accommodations when I requested somethingfor my dog. They were friendly and prepared my order quickly and with clean, fresh ingredients that I can feel good aboutputting in my body. They also have GIANT COMNECT FOUR and really badass merchandise corner that also includes pup merch for yourpooch! I?ve been waiting for Nekter, and it was a pleasure to be there for the grand opening last weekend!! I added beets to my greenie... and had it with ice. YUM!!! You?ll feel your cells renewing with every sip. I tried a taste of my kid?s banana berry smoothieand it was so good too!! Replace your afternoon coffee with a juice drink from Nekter or try one of the fruit bowls! Your bodywill thank you. Clean restrooms in the back and healthy snack bites also available. Read more
I love this place and come here often to grab juices and smoothies for my family. The PB smoothies and green juices are great.... Staff is kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone ever. Every time I'm on my way, I try to callto order ahead and never have they answered the phone. I don't know if the number on Maps is correct or not but it would be niceto order ahead without having to use the website or app. I have small kids and to be able to call while I drive to place anorder is invaluable to me - especially because I modify one of the juices (order the greenie as a smoothie) and the site doesn'tpermit that modification.
