Arrived at 0900 and left at 0926. I felt this location deserves a much higher rating. The staff was very friendly to me and my... service dog. The space McDonalds occupies is also a lot cleaner than other locations. I think the bad reviews are from the uptight ppl who live in Castle Rock with nothing better to complain about. Horrible customer service. Argued with me about getting my order wrong. Kept saying, "not on the screen." I told them I would... pay for the size difference, and he would not let me. Kept telling me to park in spot 4 but wouldn't address if I would get myorder corrected. Very rude. And apparently that was the manager taking to me like this!? Reviews are right. There's no point in submitting a breakfast mobile order if you don't plan on arriving before 6:30AM. Once that time hits, it's... all drive-thru. I ordered breakfast through the app, arrived barely after 6:30AM, parked at the mobile pick up parking spot, and20 minutes later, I still didn't have my food. Walked inside the restaurant and 4 people waiting. No one working the counter. Icouldn't wait any longer or else I'd be late for work. Never got my food and seeking a refund. Read more

Bland coffee , overcooked hash browns, and I got a lovely smashed fly (bug) under my coffee lid to go with my coffee . Bugs just... taste so good with my coffee thanks guys. NOT! I will be complaining to corporate! Edit: So I have updated my review to a 3star since they actually made several attempts to contact me and make it right and I even got a letter from the owner statinghis apologies and how they will make it better and provided a free meal coupon . Thank you so much for being proactive on thismatter since this is also important to everyone?s health. Bugs (especially flies) can transmit H. Pylori when they come intocontact with you or your food. The Owners letter also stated he personally discussed these concerns with his staff andrestaurant manager and will make every effort to better these issues. We only went to this McDonald?s since we were on this side of town. The other location has much better service. We ordered... quarter pounders, which seem to come out less consistent since the switch to fresh cooked patties. Today they were awful. We gothome and I ate the first bite only to find my meat was pretty much bleeding. We took a bite of the other one to find the samething. They literally browned the outside and cooked none of the inside. This is extremely disappointing. We drove the 15minutes back to the store to show the manager who was pretty apathetic about the whole thing. We asked for a refund and sherefunded the meals only and not the remainder of our meal. Thank you for considering our inconvenience. Enjoy your $6.00 fromour double cheeseburgers. Needless to say we will not be back to this location. Read more
