This afternoon we ordered a medium regular coke, a bottle of water and an order of medium fries. We purposely did not order a... sugar free diet coke as we both tend to react negatively due to an allergic response to that particular type of coke. When wegot to the first window we discovered that our order was incorrect and attempted to correct it, not mentioning the regular cokeproduct because the diet coke had been requested and we naively hoped the order was straightened out and was corrected. Uponarriving to the second window to pick up our order we were handed a large coke discovering they?d messed up the order again.Even so we failed to even think to check if it was a regular coke not realizing they'd given us the diet version. As we drovedown the road toward home and having started to drink the coke my husband commented it tasted like diet coke instead of regular.We couldn't find anything on the cup to reveal what type of coke we had until we investigated the top of the lid where the worddiet was pushed in. I stopped drinking it immediately as in the past if I have drank diet coke, my eyes and skin would becomeenflamed and raised blotches would surface on my face. Obviously these mistakes could have been much more serious had I notstopped drinking when I did tho I may yet have to take something to ease the reaction if it affects my eyes. We will not go toyour establishment again and strongly urge you to train your staff in matters such as this. Thankfully my allergy is not lifethreatening but if your employees don't pay attention to these sorts of details you could have a real problem on your hands. Ordered on the app and have a receipt on my phone. They try to tell me that I didn't order it when it's on my receipt. So sick... of these corporations thinking that people are that stupid. They try to tell me: "Oh, we didn't charge you for it." Really?Because if it's on my receipt you most certainly did. That's how receipts work. Go get an education. Does McDonald?s pay their employees at the drive through window to wear headphones and be absolutely rude to customers? Picked... up an order tonight and the gentleman at the window was wearing headphones in both ears. I asked him a few questions about theorder I was picking up and I had to repeat myself because he had to remove his headphones three times. He didn?t want to haveanything to do with my concerns. After delivering this order (Doordash) turned out the order was completely wrong. This locationafter 10pm is absolutely a waste of time. This isn?t this first time I?ve had problems at this location. The food was as expected, but the tile floor inside the restaurant is dangerously slick. It appears that there is a thick layer... of grease on every square inch of tile. It's a slip and fall waiting to happen. Please properly degrease and clean the floors.Thanks. Read more

I worked at Mcdonalds when I was in high school, years ago. The food was excellent and from the manager to the front staff we... gave excellent customer service always being super nice to the customers because we knew that their business is what paid ourpay checks. Your Mcdonalds, your manager which is black is very rude and then your food is not good. Your buns are hard andthe fries are brown. Meaning your grease is not being drained and refilled daily. Your drive through person tonight pushed mybag into my hands, not nice at all. I will not be returning to your Mcdonalds just to much unprofessionalism, just to much.
