Be prepared to wait!!! This place is always busy because it?s near the outlet mall. Knowing this, I placed an online order at... 1:35pm and was given an eta of 2:05pm (30min seemed very reasonable). Upon arrival, my sandwich still hadn?t been made. Evenwhen the line died down, the employees were not working on the online order. I ended up not getting my order until 2:30pm, anhour after I placed it and after waiting at the store for 30min!!!! During my wait, I asked the woman working at the registerabout my order twice and she told me it was being worked on but never communicated my need with the people making thesandwiches. When I finally got my order, I was told that next time I should ask the staff about my order. The staff has no senseor urgency and needs to be more organized. Terrible experience, two $9.85 subs rang up to $29+ dollars. When I asked why they said "because you got meals" I did have chips... so I figured okay I guess I will get a drink. I grabbed two cups and instantly got accused of taking cups without paying forthem. I said you told me I paid for meals and she said "ya but no chips or drinks." So again why was it $29+ for two $9sandwiches. The line of as stacking up with customers so I said fine just charge me for two drinks and she charged me another$5+. So with change it was $35+ for two regular $9 subs with chips and a drink and we got called out for taking drinks we didn'tpay for. When I tried to ask for a manager she just walked away. So.... I won't be back and will tell as many people as I can toavoid this place until it gets new owners or managers. I have NEVER been accused of theft until this experience. No thanksJersey Mike's. FOOD POISONING. We?re Castle Rock natives. Gave this place 3 tries, 3 strikes you?re out. Every time I have ever eaten here... whether it be the Italian sub, or Turkey sub I am bent over-double in excruciating pain in the restroom. No I am not allergic toanything nor is my gut for that matter. Every time we eat here it?s borderline food poisoning. The non-stop runs. We have triedthis place 3 separate tries, the ONLY thing I had to eat last night was Jersey Mikes. Guess what, now I?m in the restroom againwith SEVERE abdominal pain. Honestly worst Jersey mikes location I?ve ever been too. 3 obviously stoned highschool kids that can?t keep up with the volume.... Spent 35 minutes waiting for an order after it said it should be ready by, way too many onions for ordering normal mikes way,and they forgot to add cherry pepper relish. I popped into this Jersey Mike's store in Castle Rock because of the Gluten Free Subs sign in the window. After ordering and... explaining I needed the gluten free options, I was informed they did not have GF bread. Sadly, because of this, I didn't eatlunch that day because I ran out of time. In my opinion, if you advertise a GF sub, you better darn well have the bread to makeit! Very disappointed. Read more
