While my husband and I are eating we notice this high school kid wait for about 30 minutes for them to even start making his 1... sandwich because they apparently forgot about it and we?re messing around in the back. Mind you my husband and I were the onlyones in the restaurant. Then who looked like may have been the manager/12 year old boy was giving my husband and I the deathstare because we were staring at the whole situation lol and he did not like to be stared at. I guess that?s what happens whenyou have all high schoolers working the same shift. Can?t even get one sandwich out in a timely manner because your friends comein to chitchat and not buy anything. We like firehouse subs but I was very disappointed with our experience tonight. The staff was nice and one seemed to possibly be... new. When our order was ready they were all missing the pickle. I ordered a medium Ham, it was assembled very sloppy, it had atuna thumb print on the top and a shaving of roast beef on the bottom. I also had to take it back to the counter and ask them tocut it in half. My 5 yr old daughter's kid size sandwich didn't have mustard so I took it back and politely asked if they couldplease add yellow mustard. When I got it back it was as if the mustard bottle exploded on the sandwich. It was inedible withthat amount of mustard. Honestly, I was shocked they handed it back to me like that. They made a new one. It seemed as if therewas no care or concern with the initial delivery of our sandwiches/food, but the customer service was fine. Like I said theywere very nice. I would have been even more upset had we ordered them to go. These sandwiches aren't cheap and I expected betterservice. Read more

I tried to place an app order twice but the app was glitching. I called in a large order. I was greeted by the most pleasant... young man! I came in to the store to get the drinks and pick up the food, and the entire team there was simply amazing. Greathustle, great customer service, they got the order for my family of 7 ready in minutes, everything was correct, and they werepolite. I hope the store manger reads this and gives these teens a raise and uses them as a training example: Tony, Ryan,Alicia, and Kara. Thanks for making my night (after a rough day)! Read more
We've been there many times now, enough to say we enjoy it. It's consistent, and overall good. Occasionally the workers can seem... a bit unhappy, but other times they're happy and friendly. I always get the Pizza Meatball, which they put pepperoni,mozzarella cheese and onions on a normal meatball sub. It's excellent!!! My biggest complaint is the shop always seems a bitdirty. Never enough to stop us from showing up, and we do see the workers wash their hands which is important, but the floor andsoda machine for example is always a bit gross to touch or look at. Read more
Yes, the food is decent here, however, I don't think there has been one time that our order was correct. They do have challenges... with customer service. For example, a sandwich was made incorrectly with the toppings and the toasting of it. When it wasbrought to their attention, they said..." we can give you a cookie for free if you want to drive back. Otherwise, sorry. Onceyou leave the store with the sandwich there is nothing we can do." So, lesson is... check all your subs before you go! Read more
In for a lunchtime order over the weekend....Slow service even with just one other party ordering. The people taking our order... could barely put a complee sentence together that made any sense and they could not even tell us what type of bread optionsthere were. Sadly - the worst part is my husband bit down on what we figured was a small rock/pebble that unfortunately becamelodged between his tooth and gums and will have to be removed surgically! Read more
