The food was delicious and presented well. Delicious banana margarita but they don't put tequila in them. The server was great.

I had the Chicken Mole and it was very very good! Hard to find good Mole. The service was also very friendly and quick.

Guadalajara Family Mexican is by far, the BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN CASTLE ROCK! Everytime I come to this place, it reminds me of... what quality tastes like. To each their own when it comes to what they view as great food, but for my family, this is where it'sat. If you're looking for the flavor of the month or a place that was bought by a hipster looking to get into the foodindustry, this is NOT your place. If you are looking for authentic mexican food, with reasonable prices and great service, youwon't be disappointed. It can get VERY busy in the evenings so be prepared to wait. Plan accordingly. This place reminds me of the good things about where I came from, the food! Great service and great drinks compliment the... Tex-Mex. Try the Ultimate Margarita ;) I?ll add that I?ve been twice, now, once with a friend and once solo. I?m used to, whensolo dining, being treated not as well. Definitely not the case here!
