What a sad disappointing and expensive restaurant. My spouse and I went there for dinner and ended up spending $38 on some... pretty terrible food. Could have gotten a better meal for half the price at McDonald?s. Place looked like they mopped it with anoily mop. Food quality wasn?t any good - don?t get the Mac and cheese it looked like something you?d get from your crummy schoolcafeteria with government cheese. Staff was somewhat friendly but made us feel a bit like we were intruding on their hangoutsession. Bbq sauces were saran wrapped so couldn?t self serve. Ice cream machine needed a good cleaning. Been ordering here for 2 1/2 years, food when accurate was always tasty and fresh. Daily specials are a bargain. But order... accuracy was literally 50/50! Both in person to go, or door dash/grub hub! Also, long delays with delivery because companypolicy would not allow staff to make order until driver showed up. This policy is crummy! I haven?t had customer service this good in a VERY long time. I placed a pick up order for 530pm on a Friday night. I got there... a few minutes early and was immediately handed a cup, by a wonderful woman at the register, for a drink on the house while Iwaited. The kitchen was BUSY, and made it a point to apologize for the delay. My food still came out right on time, and theorder was perfect. The boys working the line are definitely something special! So respectful and I could tell they were workinghard. Thank you all for the amazing service! Read more
The workers are nice but the food is not. The ribs are dry and hard and the bread is chewy. The meal pictured here is $19.20.
It was a terrible experience!!! They did not give us what we ordered!!! I kept calling them but they are not picking up the... phone. We ordered brisket and pit dip sandwich and they gave us little amount of pulled pork, no fries and no drink! Plus thedipping sauce was all over the bag. This is in your face type of saying ?I?ll take your money? and I don?t care if you?re happywith our service or not. I ended up making my own dinner and wasted my 30$! Walking in we were greeted by 2 lovely women. I ordered the sliced brisket and polish sausage with 2 sides that consisted of mac... and cheese as well as the waffle fries. The polish sausage was a bit cold but soft and full of taste. The brisket was prettycold and wasn't very tender at all. There was a great amount of fat in the slices and they weren't seasoned all that welleither. The food wasn't spectacular but the service was great overall! Read more
We ordered three brisket plates and fried okra, the brisket wasn?t cooked for more than 3 hours, it was tough to even cut it... with a knife, my dog won?t even eat it. The okra was raw and saggy. Read more
