If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, you really should know about... Damascus Grill. Their hummus is the richest and creamiest I've ever had. Their web site says it is a family recipe, and Ibelieve it is one that would be handed down for generations. The chicken kabobs are real chicken, huge pieces, cooked andseasoned beautifully. Their rice, salad, and other sauces are just as good. This is the kind of food I've always wanted whenI've gone to Greek or to a Gyro place, and I finally found the awesomeness that I was looking for. Generous portions, greatflavors, delicious. AMAZING! You can tell the love and care that they put into their food, everything is made there and the flavors are to die for.... The staff is super friendly. However because they make everything in the restaurant from scratch there is a bit of a wait timeso I would not recommend if you are going for a quick bite. That being said the food was so good, I got the wrapped grapeleaves, pie sampler and the baklava. The lamb pie was easily my favorite but everything was divine. I can not wait to go back. Read more
