I?ve always had amazing service at this location. The employees are always jovial and willing to entertain with their... singing/throwing ice cream. Sign was off during business hours, almost resulted in us not going in which now I wish I hadn't. Both of our ice creams were... melting when we were given them and not wiped off, when I mentioned that, I was directed to the napkins while he grabbed mywife's debit card with the same ice cream covered hand and didn't wipe it off either. The workers here are so great. They are friendly and work quickly. I've ordered online for pickup on multiple occasions and... they've always gotten my custom order perfect. Updated: Still 5 stars. I had pre-ordered a cake that wasn?t able to turn out the way that I had ordered it, a gentleman named Danny helped me. He was... kind helped me find a solution and the cake looks absolutely beautiful, my husband loves Coldstone cakes and we get them everyyear! This one did not disappoint. Portions are somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes the ice cream goes up to the lid, otherwise it barely goes over the lip of the... cup. The young guy doesn't listen to instructions and looks like he hates his job - gives off a rude appearance. Read more
