Charged me DOUBLE, as in twice! For a total of 35$ for 2 cinnabons. Said she would give me a refund. Never did or never gave me... a receipt. Hair in cinnabon. Coffee not available in the last hour of closing. Called for refund of being charged twice, wastold manager would call me back. Never did! I feel violated from one of my favorite places... Have given this location a fair shot several times. Over-priced with no quality. Baking methods are not adjusted for a high... altitude location. Rolls are sucked to the bottom of the pan. Need a seasoned adult during all hours of operation to supervisethe kiddos to get things baked correctly. Read more
I ordered a ?Center of the roll? and my wife ordered a drink. After about 5 minutes we received the drink and after waiting... another 10 minutes, we are the only customer standing there and someone asked if we are waiting on something, I stated what Iordered and they have what I ordered pre-made next to the register. Stopped in there today and the line was long. Even though it was very busy, all the employees seemed organized and were working... hard. The cinnamon rolls were delicious! We will definitely come back. Great job, Cinnabon staff! Read more
I had a free cold brew and was using the app. The woman at the register tried scanning the q code twice and it did not work. But... I really did not have to wait for while one staff person was trying to get the code to work another one was fixing my drink. Read more
