Beau and David were extremely helpful and efficient even with a line out the door. This place is always busy and their credit... card machine didn?t work when we got to the counter, however, they had great customer service when things didn?t work and weoffered to come back and pay later. We go in to eat and have not used door dash or picked up the food. Foods yum and we?ll comeback again and again! Read more

I am an avid chipotle customer but this location needs to get in shape ASAP. Every.Single.Time I order pickup or delivery my... order is incorrect, extremely small portions (even ordering double portion), and missing items. I am also not exaggerating onthe every single time. I give service workers benefit of the doubt, I know it's not easy but this location is terrible. I am atthe point I no longer order pickup/delivery because it's wrong all the time. I probably order here at least once a week too. Ilove Chipotle and enjoy the food but this location is just making it hard to be able to use the conveniences they offer or evenbe satisfied with my lunch/dinner after the hassle of ordering. Myself and a line of 20 people waited 10 to 15 minutes well the staff behind the counter filled at least six online orders with... multiple items in each order without helping one customer in the store and when I asked if maybe they could rotate them one ofthe little punks behind the counter started being extremely abrasive and rude . Apparently their online customers are moreimportant than the customers in the store I will not go back. Not to mention the fact that this kid looked like he hadn'tshowered in two weeks and acted high as a kite. Read more

Tonight was really a surreal experience. They were so short staffed that they should have closed. Even doing online only... ordering orders were taking 30-45 minutes. I watched as we waited 45 for ours and it was clear that the restaurant could notfunction. Our order was not correct when it finally came out but I wasn't going to put them through trying to fix it. I feltbad for the staff trying to pull off the impossible. Shame that higher ups kept it open today. Read more

I got a steak bowl with extra steak, white rice, mild salsa, sour cream (missing) and extra cheese. I also got chips and queso. ... The extra steak was $4 by itself. And in total I paid over $21 bucks and I got 15 chucks of steak that were well done! And Ididn?t ask for lettuce (see picture). Chipotle has become the biggest rip off. We placed an order using DoorDash, the delivery was fine but our entire order was messed up. The ticket was correct but our food... was wrong on one of the bowls and the second bowl was only filled halfway. Considering I paid extra for double steak, I would?vehoped they followed through seeing as it?s an extra $6. We usually go to chipotle in person and even still have horribleexperiences.
