I'm not one that has visited a lot of Chick-fil-A restaurants, but my daughter loves it and their sweet tea has become a... favorite for me. This particular location is amazing. Their customer service is absolutely the best I've ever seen from a drivethru restaurant. I'm appalled at the courtesy and respect that you just don't see very often anymore from other fast foodrestaurants. The staff at this location has the customer service that is just above the rest and we will continue visiting them.Way to go above and beyond, even in fast food! Thank you for just being great! Came to the drive through at 10:28, at 10:35 was approached by Tate who informed me he can?t serve breakfast. I asked him how?s... that since we?ve been waiting for 7 minutes already. He didn?t say much just said can?t do it and have a great day. Read more
Ordered online. They didn't bag everything I ordered. Forgot almost half the order. The salads were made incorrectly as well.... They gave me 4 sauce packets for 60 nuggets so make sure to ask for extra sauce. But at least the staff apologized. Read more

Is there a lower rating? This Chic fil a has been on a rapid decline. I'm so over getting cold chicken, soggy fries and... regularly waiting 40 min for mobile orders. I?m always greeted with a smile and the customer service is a main reason I go back. Another reason is knowing that I don?t need... to check the bag.
