For ?Unnecessarily Good Ingredients?, the chicken was unnecessarily chewy. The floor was absolutely disgusting, and the... rag/solution bucket they wipe the tables with has straw wrappers and food floating in it. The trash can was so full, youcouldn?t open it right. There were staff members just hanging around when they could?ve been cleaning. For a restaurant thatboasts its quality food, the environment really wasn?t pleasant. Our family loves Capriotti's. We have yet to find a sandwich on the vast menu that we don't like. The salads are great too. ... The staff at this location cares about service and work really hard. We have recommended to family and friends and they allrave about how great the quality/quantity of food is. We definitely will be regulars. Read more
