Picked up 3 meals of tacos. All beef and was very salty. Queso tasted awful. It appeared to have been old that was reheated with... oil. We couldn't eat it. Nasty. Did not receive 2 orders of black beans. Called the customer service line and was told theywould pass information about order missing. No refund, nothing. Also last month food tasted off. Something has changed over pastcouple of months as in past food was good. We will not go back!! Read more

I have been very disappointed in cafe rio lately they have been messing up a lot and I swear there all deaf and need hearing... aids because I keep asking for sweet pork and then they give me more rice! Like excuse I?m allergic to rice! And they keepassuming I?m vegan and feeding me more salad. Im very disappointed and really wanted to have good food today but instead I endedup starving and throwing away a meal. I also cried today because girls at are mean to me at school so I really wanted a burritoto make my day but no instead I wasted money on a nasty burrito in tears. They also need to get there DoorDash in order becausepeople keep stealing my order and then they don?t give me a refund, please just save your money and go to Qdoba it?s down thestreet and has really good chips or chipotle. Always the best customer service and food. This location has always been above and beyond for me. Tonight, they were so kind and... grilled me up some steak 18 minutes before close because they ran out and words can?t explain how appreciative i am for them foralways catering to my late night steak quesadilla cravings. They never complain that I come in so late, always honor theirposted hours (which the qdoba next door doesn?t.) They always treat me with the upmost respect, always are professional, and thefood is always amazing. I LOVE this location. AMAZING employees here, they deserve the world. I know customer service/foodindustry jobs are hard but they NEVER have a bad attitude and are always exceptional which I really appreciate. I work 13.5 hourshifts so I don?t get a chance to eat until after 9:30 pm and coming here to be served delicious food by people who don?t makeme feel bad for coming in so close to closing time is truly phenomenal and means a lot to me so thank you guys for being soawesome! The sweet pulled pork was to die for. Amazing burrito and the staff filled it to the brim. The only bad part was no horchata or... any other specialty drinks. Always delicious and fresh here. Sometimes the wait can be a bit longer, but it's definitely worth it. Whatever you get make... sure to get the Cilantro Vinagrette in the side, it makes a perfect compliment to any dish. Also the mint limeade is amazing aswell. Read more
