This location has no leadership; the teen girls are laughing and joking with a store full of clients waiting on line and no... sense of urgency. came here a few days ago, very bad costumer service. I ordered a specific type of pretzel around 3:30 and they said that they... weren?t making them for the rest of the ?night? even though they were open for another 3 hours. All of the high schoolersworking here is extremely annoying because it seems as though they don?t know how to do their job. I visited the store on Saturday! The staff was so friendly and me and my brother in law has the best mini Cinnabon! We didn?t... try the pretzels but they smelled delicious. We will definitely be back for one of those before our trip ends! Read more

Worst service always. Visit regularly but re-evaluating. This time took the cake. No pretzels ready. Young high schooler staff... talking and standing around. Waited forever for 2 pretzels and 2 frozen vanilla coffees. I wasn't sure who was gonna make coffees when they were taking and... filling customers drink orders before mine. I had to go and who was going to make them. Then the caramel containers weren'tprepped before business opened and they ran out and tried giving me my drink without the caramel on top.
