The tl;dr - terrible service and bad value Stopped to pick up an early dinner and there was nobody in the store or drive thru,... should have been in and out quick. Ordered the new Waygu burger but should have just stuck with a basic roast beef as theburger was apparently too complicated and took their crew literally TEN MINUTES to make my order and after all that they forgotthat I asked to get the ranch dressing in the side. Ugh. It was drenched in ranch but still tasted half decent after I scrapedmost of it off...but definitely not worth the $15 for the meal (with tax). Thank God for the curly fries! If a fast food placewants to take as long and charge as much as a Red Robin or Applebee's then they'd better have a killer sandwich and make it asyou ordered...double fail. I doubt the owner of the franchise will read this review but I'm unlikely to visit again. Read more
Perfect! The lobby is open until 10pm! An excellent place to stop and get food late, while you're on the road! There's a fuel... station nearby, and the service and food here are great! This place is awesome! Read more
Finally able to sit down someplace quiet and have a sandwich. I do enjoy the turkey sandwiches and the jalapeño poppers are... great. Fries have been the same forever and the horsey sauce also takes me back to my childhood. This location is very quick andclean. Glad it is close to work. Read more

there was only three people working tonight, and they made us fresh nuggets and food. They did tell us to pull forward because... it was only them and they were very busy. It came out five minutes later hot and fresh and they added two cookies in there andcontinuously apologize. I love Arby's but this location is constantly horrible. Pick somewhere else to eat in Castle Rock. They were out of many things... on the menu. So I ordered a French dip. I started to drive away and checked my order and there was no dip so I went back andasked and they said "oh yeah sorry we're out of that." Seriously if you are out of that you should have told me when I orderedit. Also the food is always colder as compared to other locations. I won't be back to the Castle Rock location. Read more
So glad this Arby's is getting a much needed renovation! The exterior/interior were 5 years past due for one! Drive thru is... always fast, and my order is never wrong! Anything with Beef is always fresh, the sliders and chicken-not so much! Coupons arethe best! Update: Don't come here without reading your coupon first, the staff will zing you lol Update: this location isshowing signs of fatigue. No napkins, no sauces. And when you do have sauces, and the window cashier asks 3x what sauce you wantand still didn't make it in the bag. Also pay attention to sn prices(snack) and sm prices (small) on the menu board. Every time they screw stuff up. They never repeat you order back to you which is common sense. Today I got one large clump of... fries, uncooked bacon , a soggy sandwich and no ice in my drink and also no carbonation. Couldn?t eat any of it. Freakingridiculous and of course I?m not dragging my toddler back out to get my money back so I just wasted 12 dollars. Come on peopleit?s really not that hard.
