The BEST service and food we’ve had in a very, very long time. This place is sensational! The service: Sam was our server and... greeted us at the door. He was extremely personable and took the time to offer suggestions from the wine and food menus. Hissuggestions were spot on. He even “invented” special drinks for kids who were requesting sweet tea (sprite and iced tea). Hethen followed his unique service by forgiving both of my boys a stack of baseball cards from his personal collection. To top itall off, he cooked our dessert table side and it was quite the show! The food: so mouth-wateringly delicious! My oldest soneven tried something new for him and he was blown away by the flavor and proportions. He is a picky kid, so this speaks volumes!I had a seafood dish, to which the scallops were cooked perfectly. We live in Loveland but would happily make the drive downhere again and again just to receive the quality customer service and food that we did this evening ?? Read more

The cuisine itself was very good. We felt every bite was very FRESH. Notably, the sauce for the lasagna was strikingly... notable. Bolognese is NOT an easy accomplishment. I felt every bite honed in on every detail that makes that sauce what it is. This was time well spent. Unfortunately, we cannot return. The factors contributing to our low review were detailed directlyto this establishment, as they were kind enough to offer an email and we hope they will take each of them under consideration. My father and step mother live in Castle Pines, they have been going here for years and it's one of the best Italian restaurants... they swear by. I went here tonight with my father and brother, the food was indeed amazing. The bananas foster for two was sodelicious as well, I took a pic of it after we devoured part of it lol, it didn't last long. 5 stars and the chef Sam was great, great guy. Read more

Great food and ambience. 6 of us met for dinner and really had a wonderful time. We sat in the side room and Sam took care of... us. He is so funny and really cares about his customers. I really believe that he rounds out the perfect dining experience. Makesure to ask for him or at the very least ..... meet him! The meal started with garlic knots and progressed into the main coursesof pasta and seafood. Everything was great. We ordered and the food came out quickly. Everything was spot on. The staff wasextremely friendly & accomodating. We will be back for sure. Read more

There were five people in our party. I ordered the short ribs with angle hair pasta. The dish came with fettuccine pasta and a... few pieces of shredded beef, less than 2 ounces. The server brought some more meat, another 2 ounces. For the price, it was atotal disappointment! Also, my wife's Saltimbocca had no prosciutto and the chicken was chewy. The other dishes were served atroom temperature. If you like to fill yourself up with pasta, this is the place to go. Otherwise, there are better Italianrestaurants. Read more

This is such a fun family owned restaurant! We happened to stop by on an afternoon where Billy Wills was in the house and the... manager, Sam, required Billy to serenade us! Thereafter, Sam decided to get into the act and display his singing talents aswell. Entertainment aside, the food is really good! You gotta try this place! Read more
