Lazy people don?t toss the wing in sauce? The wings come with sauce on the side? Twice this happened to me. I warned my buddy... about it and the same thing happened to him. He forgot and it happens to him a second time. I warned some friends not to wastetheir time here while we were standing in front of the store. They didn?t listen either. First off, I'm not a Karen that expects the world to bend to my will, but this place is terrible. I was there the evening of... August 17th, and the lady that took our order was flat out rude. The fries we got were cold and looked like they they had beensitting out all day. I got celery and carrots, and it looked like someone chewed the carrots into 1/2 inch peices and put themin a sandwich bag. The wings were okay, and that's about all I can say. When we were getting ready to leave, the two cooks inthe kitchen were swinging around a fly swatter like a light saber. If the restaurant owner reads this, please don't waste youreffort responding. As for the food and staff, always tasty and friendly. Today the lady there was a little frantic ... maybe overwhelmed when we... first came in. There were two tables filled and orders coming in but in the end she did great with whatever she had to handle. As for the bathroom situation being a Castle Pines location, I would think the restroom facilities would be a bit cleaner. Itlook as those nothing has been cleaned in several months. Read more

All of their boneless wings were LARGE. I could not mistake them for nuggets. Also their new chok-di sauce sits on the tongue-... it?s hot, but tasty. The wings were juicy and flavorful. I tried the cool flicker and parmesan habenero. Both were excellent with just a little bit... of bite. The garlic fries were amazing. The mile high fries came in a close second with Cajun seasoning. Staff was very friendlyand knew the menu well. I will be back. Read more

Regarding my reviews on Google Maps. Since Google doesn't provide any kind of guidelines on the expectations of what a 5 star... rating requires or means that makes it difficult person to person to decipher what "good" or "great" is. Let alone that onepersons 3 star rating is another's 5 star experience. That being said. I eat out a lot and at some pretty nice places. I'verecently decided to review each place I eat and add pictures. I will comment on the things that are important to me for arestaurant or other establishment to have a high rating. For me the following are important when rating a restaurant. 1)Cleanliness overall including the bathrooms 2) Service and staff behavior 3) Food and beverage quality 4) Prices (I do not puta lot of emphasis on price if all other aspects meet my expectations I'm willing to pay) 5) Atmosphere (this is obviously in theeye of the beholder) I hope this makes my reviews more helpful and meaningful to all users . As this is my neighbor wingsplace I have eaten here many times. It's always good. Some friends and I regularly take advantage of the Tuesday boneless wingspecial. The fries here are exceptional. They cut them fresh for every order. The cheddar jalepeno brat on a stick is also afavorite. Scott the owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They have TVs for sports and serve alcohol.
