???? So today I spent the day with my ?????????lovely aunt and we decided to eat at ????Las palapas-castle hills. I ordered the... Norteño taco which came with your choice of meat. I choose beef fajita, Monterey jack cheese a huge slice of avacado and thetortilla is toasted. I also tried out the Sopes, I had ????never tried sopes before but if you haven't either think of them asan open gordita. I ordered a chicken Al carbon with celantro beans avacado lettuce tomatoes and queso fresco it was deliciousand the other two were traditional, with beans avacado lettuce tomatoes and queso fresco. Equally as good. The environment wasnice and clean, they have many windows that provide a good view while you eat or have a drink. We didn't wait long at all forall this delicious food to reach our table. Our waiter was very attentive as well. All in all a very good experience!! Fast and friendly service in a clean restaurant. We were seated and served quickly. They have delicious salsa verde and the... shrimp enchiladas are covered in a white cream sauce with a good amount of shrimp. Read more
This Las Palapas is so fast in the mornings. The lady at the window is always so sweet and makes sure I have everything I need.... There?s no name on the receipt but I come almost everyday. She worked Thursday morning 9/29 @9am. Thank you for being kind andgiving great customer service! Read more
Stopped here for a lunch break and usually the location by home is really bad in terms of the quality of food but this visit to... this one was very good. Drive thru line went by quick and of course, the price for 4 tacos under $7 is pretty good. I took astar off though as the to go bag doesn't automatically include any salsa and I guess I should've asked for it. Would've made thetacos even better. Oh well, still recommend tho. Read more
Very good tex mex restaurant, excellent service.
This visit occurred ten to fifteen minutes before closing time. The crew had already begun closing activities, including... cleaning the restroom. This made a customer who needed to use the facility wait for quite awhile, and using the toilet anddumping waste in the newly empty trash receptacle likely undid the hard work the crew put in to speed up their closing duties.Other than that awkwardness, the food ordered was hot, fresh and tasty, and the order taker and expediter were patient, smiling,thankful, and did not rush customers through the ordering process. I really like the Castle Hills location because it's always consistent and the staff is always on point. The manager at this... location really appreciates his customers and treats his staff with the upmost respect. Being Mexican and eating at a Mexican restaurant is a touchy topic. But Las Palapas does it well, food is very good and service... is always on point. It?s very rare if I need to make a complaint. I would take my friends to Las Palapas which I have. It helpto have a complete open bar yes I would recommend this restaurant to one looking for good Mexican food. Read more
