Operating hours is not accurate. The front door is always locked between 4:30pm and 6:30pm..
I've ordered for pick up twice in the last week. Both times the orders were all messed up because some requested ingredients... were missing. The customer service was horrible. I had to give the details of this order twice after both typing it into thewebsite AND repeating it verbally when ordering last week but STILL to no avail. Far worse is the rep telling me he gave me whatI ordered & did not mess it up or miss any ingredients after I told him he did! There was no friendliness when I went in forpick up either time & he said there was no manager on duty when one was requested plus did not know when one would be there. Read more
This is the worst Subway ive ever been to. My husband had to literally point to each vegetable because the server didn't know... what a 'green pepper' was and a few other items as well she literally kept saying "What?" every single time he said theingredient until he just started pointing at it, are they not taught this? I mean this is the main part of the job isnt it????? They hardly ever have any meatballs for the meatball sub and theyve ran out of bread a few times (saying they only hadflatbread) and they barely put anything on the Subs when they do. We have gone a few times and they were closed an hour earlierthen supposed to. We have now started to just go to the one located in Rocky Point even though its further. Of all of the Subways in the Wilmington area this one is the slowest and the lightest on ingredients. They are very stingy with... the vegetables and have to be asked to add extra. This does not happen at other Subway's. Also this is the slowest Subway I haveever seen. Read more

my husband and I were on our way out of town and stopped here to grab a breakfast sandwich. He orders then the girl puffs and... says they are out of eggs, and just sits there looking at him. Like he was in the wrong. Considering it was breakfast time youwould think they would have made more or apologized or something. Instead he just had to get a regular sub because we werealready on a time crunch. Read more
The young employee on 11/6/2022 wasn?t about being at work this day. It was the first time I had ever had this employee wait on... me. She had a strange, quiet attitude and was throwing things around. She didn?t spread the steak all the way across the breadand under cheesed one of the sandwiches. She threw my sons sandwich in the lettuce. She disregarded the tomatoes that had turnedblack when I told her there were old tomatoes. She only removed the bad tomatoes because on my next sandwich I asked fortomatoes, so would she have removed them if I didn?t select them for my other sandwiches. There was no sweet tea and the syrupfor the fountain drink machine was out of pretty much all the best options to choose from to drink. She ran to the back of thestore, where I could not get her attention to get a refund on drinks so I got some carbonated water. I did not have a difficultorder. I even told her at the beginning after I greeted her not her greeting us, that I had three foot-long sandwiches to order.I have worked in the same work environment and even as a waitress I had bad days at work but interaction with customers I put ona fake face and smiled and was pleasant and it helped me make my bad days better, so I did leave her a small tip. When gettingour drinks I instantly regretted it since I knew she knew there was nothing to drink. We didn?t get ?meals? only 3 footlongsandwiches and 2 large drinks that were garbage, and I knew she knew it but still charged us for halfway made food and nothingto drink.
