See, no offence, the food was amazing but the staff was clearly un professional. ???? They changed my order with someone else.... We did dine in and they gave us food in the bag to go. Plus they didn't show any courtesy to give us the different food whatother people took. I needed to tell them that please change my burger because you gave my bag of food to other people and theyhave opened it. Read more
A location immediately off the 5. The restaurant is large and spacious and also has a patio with seats. The women?s bathroom was... obviously well used with full bins and one stall out of order, but it smelled okay and things functioned. As for the food, weordered fast and had food in 5 minutes. Everything was hot, fresh, tasty, and correct. My charbroiled chicken club had aperfectly cooked chicken breast and the fried zucchini were a rare treat for me. I ordered a Beyond Famous Burger, no cheese/mayo from the drive thru. I received a regular Famous Star. I went inside to tell... them about their mistake and made another one. No apology was given. I?m giving it 4 stars. Only because 1 cashier is amazing. His customer service is top notch. He?s the guy with the black cross... earrings, I am not great with names. But the manager and the other cashier I encountered made me want to rate it 1 star. Notonly did the other cashier ignore my existence until a manger was kind enough to ask me if I needed help. But when I asked formore ranch she instructed that same cashier to lie to my face and say they were out. (The ranch was in plain sight). Won?t begoing there again but I do want I give a shout-out to the dude with the cross earrings. You?re amazing, keep that energy up andhonestly you?re too good for that place. Find somewhere you?re appreciated. Edit. Let me add the fact that the managerinstructed the cashier to lie to me in Spanish. Just because I spoke to them in only English when ordering. Maybe some futureadvise, please instruct your staff to be more careful about when they try to lie to someone. Just because someone speaks Englishto you doesn?t mean they aren?t bilingual. Read more
Wasn't the biggest fan of Carl's Jr till I visited here. The lady serving us was super fun and friendly and made the whole... experience more enjoyable even though it was quite late at night. The burger and fries were great too. Would definitely comehere again. Read more
Not crowded for a late lunch on a Monday. Star Burger took a few minutes, but was top quality. Watch out for traffic. Lots of... big rigs and speeding SUVs. Read more
