We like to get ice cream cones or Sundays as a treat from time to time. Nice size cones. Drive through does take along time and... you usually have to pull ahead and wait if you order food. Cones are generally quick though and generous in size. Read more
I give the manager Anna a big fat NO STARS. Shes rude and speaks to her co workers like Nobody. My husband and i came through... for breakfast and a kid at the window was kind enough to ring us up and nake a 3rd coffee when my husband said he needed 1 morecoffee. This young mans name was named Rayvon? (Sp) I asked. I also asked what the name if that manager was that was screamingat this kid just doing his job. He was so kind also..thank you Rayvon that works on sat mornings.. And Anna , the manager, shameon you for treating people like that. Kindness goes a long way. Employees definitely lacked friendliness, and they gave our huge order to the car ahead of us and had to remake it, then they... messed up half of the order anyways. Took forever. What food we got that was correct wasn't awful though. Standard McDonald'sfood. Read more
Paid for food and never got it. Stood in line for 20 minutes and we weren?t even close to getting it. no worker present to... reimburse us. Huge line waiting and no one to help them. Had to just leave because we were on our way to the Notre Dame and wewere late. I guess someone else will enjoy our lunch on us. Filthy in the bathroom and filthy in the dining area. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. We usually stop once a week and besides being a little slow, have never had issues until... yesterday. 8 employees working yet took 30 minutes for a happy meal, 2 doubles, and fries. When I finally get called I then getscreamed at by a MANAGER for complaining to a friend amongst ourselves about taking a half an hour for such a small order. Then,I get down the road and I have food missing out of my order which wasn't even complex. I get being short staffed but you can'tthrow that at me when I see several employees standing around while your lobby and drive thru fill up. So I guess in short, ifyou are looking to wait a half an hour, get yelled at by a manager, and have missing food this is your spot. Otherwise, I wouldavoid it like the plague. I'm never going back. I couldn't tell the worker my order because there were other workers with leaf blowers and the worker ended up getting the price... wrong with my order. Once we got up to the window we were greeted by a young female worker with a very sour attitude and gave usonly 1 part of our order and then disappeared without saying anything and then later came back with the rest of the order. Very fast on the mobile order line, less than five minutes! My order was customized per sandwich and they were accurate making... my food. Overall a good experience. The drive through line looked like it was moving at a steady pace without a bunch of carsparking and waiting. It's a nice building and clean on the outside.
