I go to Starbucks every day, normally twice a day, I know how things taste and how I like my drinks. Horrible service, don't know how to make cappuccino, not recommended. Gave me the hot cup without the cup holder, burned my... hands from the hot cup. I drink Starbuck cappuccino all the time and this one taste horrible. Taste more like a latte. Read more

This Starbucks is a licensed store. NOT a corporate store. It?s a completely different thing with different recipes. They do not... have mobile pick up or use stars and their prices are significantly more expensive than the one in Rockland. That being said, Igo here often and the recipes are so different than when I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino today I basically got a vanillamilkshake. It tasted like nothing and was a pale beige rather than a brown shade. When I told the barista that the drink ismissing something, either caffeine or mocha she proceeded to tell me that she followed the recipe correctly and just gave me anespresso shot. Usually when I get this drink, it is made with a completely different mocha/chocolate than the corporate storesbut still richer than what I received. It?s a very disappointing place if you need caffeine and if you?re lactose intolerantyou?re paying almost 8$ for a drink that is missing key components. The drive between Ottawa and Montréal was improved with the addition of this Starbucks. Conveniently located off the 417... (East) exit, it provides an opportunity to fuel up on your favourite Starbucks? treats. There is space to sit down, rest andenjoy your drink. I imagine the crew is still learning the ropes and they did a great job. You can?t order ahead (yet Ipresume) and you can?t redeem any stars for free drinks. I?m hoping that will change. Read more
