Food is great, but the customer service is disappointing. I was given the wrong order and they called me while I was driving... home. They asked me to return and get my correct order. I had not noticed the order was wrong so I was digging in the bag andeating fries while driving. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes away. I handed the bag to the young woman and she handed me my order.She did not say a word, not even an "I'm sorry for the mix up." I hope they made "Jeff" a new fresh order and didn't just handhim half eaten fries. Every other restaurant will tell the customer to keep the wrong order as they cannot handed to the rightcustomer and will just go in the trash. 9/8/2022?Well call me a glutton for punishment. We love their food so I figured myabove experience must have been an isolated issue. I placed my order online as usual. I go on to puck it up and their system isdown so they are not getting any of the orders. The guy told me I could ask for a refund, but it has to be with the owner who isnot there today or through corporate. Or he could get working on my order right away and it would be 15 minutes. Either the app timer is complete bs or the store doesn?t pay attention. The app will say complete and you?ll walk in and still... wait 30 mins ? Multiple times. They ask for your name and if your order isn?t ready they just don?t talk to you again so yournot really sure what?s the deal . Read more
After reading so many bad reviews which were mainly regarding poor service for delivery and rude employees my wife and I still... decided to try wing stop. We entered and waited for someone to at least acknowledge our presence since it appeared they werebusy with online orders but that didn?t happen. I have been ordering from this location for many, many years and the past few months has gone downhill fast. Tonight put a pin... in it for me. The female answering the phones (wouldn?t give name) was so rude and arguing with me that I couldn?t have placeda delivery order because they don?t do delivery. I asked to speak to manager since I have been placing deliver orders thru theirwebsite for years so I know they do delivery. Scott got on phone and was just as bad. My delivery order is nowhere to befound and they have no solution because they are ?busy?. I can wait until Monday to speak to owner which they refused to giveme name of. Terrible service. The guy that used to own this place was so pleasant and always present with a smile on his face. Such a shame this is what it has come to. Follow up: After posting the review I received a call from the owner with anapology. Refund was issued. He handle the situation very professional and that?s all I needed from the beginning. Read more
I went inside to pay for an oline order and then waited outside for it to be done. While waiting i witnessed one of the cooks... not wear a mask at all and one of the line workers wearing their mask on their bottom lip only. They were talking over cookedand un cooked food. I also watched the maskless worker grab ice and refil the soda machine without washing his hands afterworking with raw meat maskless. The manager offered a refund which i accepted because i couldn't eat the food after what i saw.I order here a few times a month and am disappointed in what i saw. I used to manage a wingstop in LA and know how strict thecompany is with safety. The manager was really nice and apologetic but at the end of the day,, she was in the kitchen workingside by side with the employees and said nothing :( Read more
Just ordered cajun corn to go which we have gotten here a dozen times. Worse ever..no flavor and corn was hard and not fresh at... all. I think that's about it for us going there any more. Read more
