Would've given 5 stars for the review but the new french toast sticks are just bad lol (BK and Sonic got the game on lock with... those). They are just very bland. Everything else was great though, especially the hot honey chicken biscuit. A greatalternative if you don't want to wait longer in the chick-fil-a drive through right next door lol. I also got my food superfast at the drive through in less than 5 minutes so kudos to the lady that took my order. Read more
My chicken nuggets were hard like rubber. No fork in the bag for my baconator fries. I asked for extra pickles on my burger.... They got only pickles on my burger. Waited in line through drive-thru for several minutes. I would have driven all the wayaround to ask them to remake my food but there was another 10 plus cars in line. How are you? This busy and yet the food isstill old and stale? For a new location, I am very disappointed. I'm a huge fan of Wendy's. But obviously the manager is notdoing their job in this location. This is the nicest Wendy's I have ever visited. Super modern. I a builder so I should know quality and I'm impressed Hand... washing station near dual family bathrooms. Nice tile work and very clean lobby. Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner Read more
This is my 2nd bad experience here but yet instill I came here on my lunch instead of (Chick-fil-A) instant regret. Paid nearly... $10 for a #1 single Dave?s burger combo and my meat patty was cold and hard?? I didn?t check it until I got back to work so Itried calling and there number doesn?t work (busy signal) called 5 times! Horrible experience and I?m starving and have to work6 more hours smh. Manager of this establishment needs to go back to hospitality school or wherever she listed ?customer service? under her resume.... Extremely rude every time I?ve visited in the last month or so on more than one occasion (this location is 5 min from my workplace). This new Wendy's has made it a pleasure to dine in. From a convenient sink located outside the bathrooms to wash your hands with... convenience, to the bright and airy furniture design. When you walk in, there are some huge ordering tablets which are ergonomicbut might frustrate older patrons at first glance, but you can still order traditionally if you prefer. Clean, staff was constantly wiping tables. Customer service was great, only issue I had was my fires where cold. The staff made... sure it was corrected as I got fresh fries with no issues. Definitely the best wendys around the area if you ask me Read more
Rude management. They give you the wrong order and make you pay for their mistakes by arguing with you. They make you pay for an... item you're supposed to get for free. I will never go to another Wendy's ever again. They've gone downhill. Latino manager is areal piece of work. Be careful, they are erasing reviews that they don't like. Read more
