The girl behind the drink counter was horrible. Extremely slow and i never order hot coffees but I expect it to be hot when i... get it. It was served cold to me after waiting about 20 minutes for it to be made (i was the only one waiting). 1/10 wont ordera hot coffee again from that location. Food was burned. The air pump button not working. I use the place all the time, but when an old lady at the cashier I can't buy... cigarette without ID (I'm 28... I have beard). I USE THE STORE ALMOUST EVERY DAY... the worst wawa in 10 miles. Read more
Having a fantastic weekend with this Wawa location, I'm highly impressed at the setting. Very neatly stacked up, very proficient... staff and extremely clean store. Great team work and smiling faces all throughout the building, superb kitchen and my sandwichwas delicious beyond words. Over and beyond Managers, "Nicole" you ROCK, she's very resourceful and warm. leverage their technology via the app! it's such a game changer to use their app when getting gas-- plug in what pump number... you're at. get out. fill up. hang the pump up & boom, you've got gas & a digital receipt without inputting your card into thepump. there's also amazing hidden rewards. currently I save 15 dollars on my tobacco. & there's nothing like the wawa staff, nomatter the time of day. I had a great visit. I stopped in for breakfast and food was delicious and priced fairly. The staff was friendly and healthy.
Got the new brisket meal with mac n cheese. It's more like mac n cheese with a side of brisket as they filled the bowl with mac... n cheese first and put a side of brisket. The brisket has no flavor and looked as if it came out of a can or something and wasvery salty, which means you will get a side of high blood pressure also. Will definitely not order this again.???? Stopped in to top off the air in my tires, get gas, and grab a snack before going to Disney. Instead of putting air into my... tires though, I got a flat because their air pump is broken without any signage on it. When I went in to tell the employeesabout the pump they shrugged it off and said they knew. Even though my father had been told the air pump was working by anemployee when he noticed I was losing air. As a side note, while stuck there, two other vehicles didn?t listen to our warningabout the pump and nearly went flat trying to fill up. Luckily they stopped before losing too much pressure to go somewhereelse. And, with nothing left to do, we called roadside and sat down with our food to eat. Only issue, my sister?s chicken saladcroissant sandwich? It had a dead spider curled up between the bun and the lettuce. Talk about cherry on top. When we went in totell them about that, we got a refund & an offer to replace it- not that we?d trust one at that point though. I?ve never had anissue with Wawa before but this has truly left me rethinking giving them any of my money in the future. They don?t maintain orput up signage for broken equipment, and don?t even say sorry when told their pump led to a flat. When I left I tacked a sign upfor them since they don?t seem to care what happens to people who use their faulty equipment. Read more
