Honestly the best Waffle House I have been too, Bri was my waitress and she was great, we had a nice casual conversation... alongside the cook who I didn?t happen to catch the name of but she was fantastic, I was the only patron in there at that timeof the early morning, only downside of this restaurant that I could tell could be the cleanliness, the floor was absolutelydisgusting but it?s a Waffle House so you know what you?re walking into, but seriously the people in here totally make up forthat. Went to brunch and walked in n Noone acknowledged us for 11 minutes until we said something about them cleaning off 2 empty... tables so we could sit. There was plenty of staff there so they can't use that as an excuse. The 2 employees who who actuallycooking stopped to clean the table. While the servers were standing around doing absolutely nothing . Not 1 employee noticed wewere even standing there. This is terrible in every way. So sad to see Noone cares about there jobs anymore. My boyfriend and I are regulars and usually love coming to this location (sometimes despite the cleanliness and short staffing).... We decided to come by on a late Saturday night around 1 AM - the waitress told us that she ?didn?t want to do dishes? and onlyoffered takeout as an option. We left. What a great experience this spur of the moment decision was! Just 1 other customer and the crew had some music... playing....service from Amelia was excellent. Super friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and pleasant without being clingy.Food prepared by Chase was exactly ???? to order. Things requested to be prepared a particular way were exactly correctly done.Portions were actually just right. The place was clean and both of them were busy working but never ignored us. Craving a fresh made waffle, we decided to try this location for lunch. I do not think we will ever return. HW was so mouthy,... disrespectful and down right rude to staff and us. The restaurant was dirty and not being wiped down on the back end or frontend properly. The food was nothing extravagant for ?diner food? but did come out hot. The hamburger was nothing to ?write homeabout?. The hash browns were soggy and only half cooked on one side. The only thing they got right was the waffle. Staff needssome training and the place needs to be cleaned. Expectations are important for staff and customers. Show us you care and cleanup your act. This place is terrible!! I use to come here all the time and it was very clean. But now it?s absolutely filthy and I hope the... health department doesn?t see this. The lady serving me wouldn?t give me a regular dinner plate because the dishwasher wasbroken. She laughed about the dishwasher and said that she wish it broke more often because she hates doing dishes. The entireplace was dirty except the cooks station. You could tell that he was trying to keep his area clean. Then a homeless guy walkedin and asked if she could give him some hash browns. She told the guy to clean the parking lot in exchange for the hash browns.After he went to clean the parking lot she said that was great because it was one less thing for her to do. It wasn?t like shewas doing anything anyway. There was only me and another couple in the whole restaurant. There?s absolutely zero excuse for thisand I?m sure the owners wouldn?t appreciate it.
