Ordered on mobile app then drove 15 minutes to get there. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and they came straight... over intercom and said no drive thru service have to come inside. I go inside and told them I had ordered on the app and shefound me and told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked for my drinks while I waited and asked them for ice tea and I was told theydidn't have any ice tea so I told them to just keep the cups because they were also out of diet Pepsi. I sat there for another20 minutes and I finally I got my food. I will never go back there again. They used to be one of my to go to places but not nowthey have gone down hill over the last 2 years and today was it....no more. Read more
Lack of training, and no care with their clientes. I waited around 30-40 minutes to get my mobile order. There is no one to talk... with in the cashier. This was the worst experience in Taco Bell ever. This team from Night Shift wasn?t working at all. I hopesomeone from Taco Bell do some tu ing about it. That?s no way to treat your clients. Read more

This location is always having problems. Between rude staff, dirty kitchen, missing menu items, and constant shortages, you?re... better off eating literally anywhere else. This place is run like an episode of jerry springer and they can never get evensimple things right. It?s sad, because I?ve been going here all my life and it?s just been a steady decline the last few years.Hard pass on this garbage dump. Read more
7/9/2022 about midnight The guy at the window was extra friendly/chatty and gave me a larger drink to make up for the long wait.... I would have preferred it if he was rude or just normal if it would have meant getting my order at least close to right. Iordered a regular #6 chalupa and two soft tacos. I received 3 soft tacos with crispy chicken and NO RECEIPT. Thankfully I live45 minutes away, so I'll never have to worry about coming back. Read more

1pm on a Saturday afternoon informed that drive-thru is closed once I pulled up to the speaker, then told I would have to come... in. Once I parked and went into the restaurant was told the only way to order was on the self-serve kiosk. Absolutely not! Whatis it that they want $15 an hour to do?! Read more
