Ordered on mobile app then drove 15 minutes to get there. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and they came straight... over intercom and said no drive thru service have to come inside. I go inside and told them I had ordered on the app and shefound me and told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked for my drinks while I waited and asked them for ice tea and I was told theydidn't have any ice tea so I told them to just keep the cups because they were also out of diet Pepsi. I sat there for another20 minutes and I finally I got my food. I will never go back there again. Lack of training, and no care with their clientes. I waited around 30-40 minutes to get my mobile order. There is no one to talk... with in the cashier. This location is always having problems. Between rude staff, dirty kitchen, missing menu items, and constant shortages, you?re... better off eating literally anywhere else. This place is run like an episode of jerry springer and they can never get evensimple things right.
