This place will make you park in the parking lot regardless of the size of your order and there?s no telling how long you?ll sit... there. I?ve sat there so long that I?ve decided to go back through the drive through to inquire about my order only for them totell me they couldn?t find me (in their own parking lot, sitting in the same car I was in at the window). I?ve rolled throughbefore the posted close time only for there to be no answer at the speaker, with all the lights on in the restaurant. Theemployees are very friendly, but the food quality and service speed are very inconsistent. I used to be a manager at a TacoBell. This place is not up to standard as far as customer service goes. I love this Taco Bell so much! Our food was delicious, our order was accurate, and our drinks were tasty as well! It's a small... crew that works here, but they work hard and get your order to you ASAP. Very hardworking bunch. We had a pretty big order ofover a dozen items, half vegetarian and half not, and we received it already separated by meat vs no meat. A service that theytotally didn't have to provide, but they did it for us. I don't know if they always do that, but it was such a nice surprise! Read more
The manager Miguel if that is his real name should NOT be a manager at this location 1265 State Rd 436 Casselberry Fl. My aunt... whom is disabled and unable to see needed a little time to understand what she wanted from the menu. Mr. Miguel thought that wewere taking to long to order so he rushed us through the drive thru. Mr. Miguel was very rude, nasty, and very impatient becausehe had to add or remove items from the order because my uncle changed his mind on an item. Mr. Miguel felt that he was waistingtime taking our order. I understand time is the issue but with disabled individuals it takes time to order. Especially if theyare unable to see. Mr. Miguel thought that his response to me was appropriate. Miguel as a General Manager myself I would neverbe rude to a customer because my staff is watching me. I did notice that your person in the grill needed to see what we weretalking about and came close to the window to hear. Mr. Miguel leading by example is so important. I never write reviews butthis one is warranted. Next time just please be patient with customers. You do not know that for instance my aunt and uncle aredisabled and need maybe a little time to place an order. Don't make them think they need to be rushed or if she is a bother tosomeone because it takes her some time to place her order. My uncle also got nervous and really did not want his food because hefelt you might do something to it. People should never have to feel this way. Just because the MANAGER feels customers aretaking to long to order. Patience and being polite with amazing customer service is the key to success. That's my advise. I recommend just keeping this a drive thru. Due to beiing short staffed. Drive thru customers are a priority here. I among other... customers witnessed the drive thru being served and we made orders earlier. The manager was apologetic and I wouldn't want to hein her shoes. It is not her fault. Read more
Im in the middle of a trifecta of Taco Bells? 17-92, Tuskawilla and this one. I thought my love was Tuskawilla BUT I just went... to THIS Taco Bell by the Walmart after 15hrs of working today and what a pleasant experience from start to finish! Tyler took myorder accurately and had a good laugh with me, Ken cashed me out and was the sweet polite gentleman but Aesha takes the cake (Ihad to call back to get their names) Its impossible for me to get vegetarian food late night in this area so I spun the wheel ofluck bc the Veggie Power Bowl is 90% of the time a MISS at the other locations. Aesha, with the hands of a baby angel, preparedthe most well portioned bowl I?ve ever had. Its looks like something out of Don Julio?s?.I had to include pic. Only myself and 2 co workers visited and it took them a while to get our food, zero service and I observed the Manager deal with... a situation from a drive thru complaint and he handled it horribly and was sarcastic with the customer (older lady). Definitelywill drive a bit further to go to another Taco Bell b4 stopping there again. Read more
I feel like every fast food restaurant around this neighborhood needs new management or needs to be shutdown. Stopped by for a... quick snack and I?m not sure what we paid $16 for. There was hardly any filling in the tacos, Crunchwrap was meh. Sodisappointed I won?t be eating here again. Read more
Had not been to any Taco Bell in a while but seeing the ads on TV this weekend during football games, thought we would go... back. Now all ordering is by kiosk and that is more challenging and less personable. The fellow cleaning the tables was veryfriendly and pleasant. The TV ads during football games showed real live people behind the counter taking orders and talking tothat Pete Davidson ( and unlike all the bad press been hearing about the ads, we kinda liked them)... but I guess in reality, itis all electronic now at TacoBell... too bad. Oh, and it is really nice that the Mexican Pizza is back on the menu. Read more
