This subway is absolutely horrible. The staff racially profiled my husband stating that he had caused a ruckus the week prior... when we had never been to this subway before. They were staring my husband down the whole time we were ordering and took offenseto when he asked why they were looking at him the way they were and then they caused a whole scene in the store. Do not go hereif you are a person of color. These people are absolutely ridiculous! I will never go to this store again. I will go to thefarthest subway before going to this store. Read more
Just walked out of this Subway girl was beginning to make my sandwich and cut herself. The area where the food was, was a mess... food mixed up with other stuff and the cutting area had all kinds of stuff on it which made it look very dirty. I really gotgrossed out and just walked out. Tonight I am here at this location in Casselberry, with my granddaughter and her friend. We walked in as they were closing. ... REUBEN, is amazing. I have NEVER, EVER, and I mean NEVER, EVER, been greeted so kindly. He was so sweet, pleasant andaccommodating even though it was closing time. Kiddos to whomever hired him! He?s a keeper! Read more
The sandwich artist did a great job handling the line of customers waiting. I think it's sad subway only has one artist working... and from what I heard standing in line, every Subway is that way. I believe there should be at least two sandwith artist.Customers shouldn't have to wait so long and feel bad for the artist otherwise, I enjoyed my sub. Read more
Corey has excellent with customer service as he greated us with a smile as soon as we walked in even though he was swamped with... orders. I was upset at the morning crews lack of care as Corey was hindered by the lack of prepped food but tried his best totake care of everyone in a quick and orderly fashion. There is so little meat you cannot taste it above the lettuce taste. Yeah, right? The new menu took most of the proteins out. ... Bye BMT, bye Black Forest Ham. The meats went on vacation. Nice if you just want a veggie sandwich. Ordered the Simon BilesMozza and one of the three pieces of mozzarella slice alone was twice as big as all the salamis on the whole sandwich. Nothinglike the picture. Even a double meat Spicy Italian wimps out on the protein compared to the picture. Have a nice saladsandwich no matter what you order.
