Everything seems like it's been prepared to perfection and all the employees really seem to care about providing outstandingservice to their customers! I come here often since it is 3 mins away from where I live and every time the workers have been so incredibly nice to me. It was pouring outside and I wanted a coffee. Drive through was empty and I didn?t want to get soaked since the speaker does not... provide any cover, so I pulled up to the window as I have done before with no issue. The employee refused to help after hisshift lead told me to go back around and order at the speaker. I kindly explained and asked if I could order a coffee to avoidgetting soaked. ?My shift lead doesn?t care. You have to go back around. Bye.? He shut the window in my face. I understandthere may be a policy in place but perhaps they could consider having better customer service, especially since I?ve never beendenied service like this when it?s raining. I decided to give this Starbucks a try after a few months trying local coffee shops. What a disappointment, $5 for an EMPTY... cappuccino. My second time coming here. And I love how they always greet me when I come in. Every staff looks up at you to say hi and... welcome. The place is super clean , smells great, lots of room to sit inside or outside. I wasn't sure what to get since I don'tnormally drink coffee from Starbucks but they were very helpful in helping find something that was just perfect for me. Mycaramel macchiato taste amazing.
