Day after hurricane Ian I ordered 4 pizzas to pick up. Very nice lady answered phone. When I got there only 2 employees because... of storm. My pizzas and both ladies were great. I go to this Pizza Hut all the time and have rarely had problems but this was beyond anything I've seen in real life. Team... Members eating at the counter and feeding pizza to a cat that they had on the counter. No shame about it either. Read more
I ordered online at 2:04 for delivery. An hour goes by so I called the store and the lady told me that my order was a carry out... not a delivery. I told her I specifically made an online delivery order because I was also charged the delivery and tip fee. Sheimmediately said we can deliver it NOW (the same cold one) and asked for my address. No apologies for the misunderstanding ortheir system error? Few minutes later I see my bank sending me messages that my my payment was cancelled and I stated seencharges again? so weird the amount changed. She never said she was going to cancel that order and over charge me?so I couldmake shore the funds will be available? well I dint get the pizza on time after the call and when I got it it was late (3:44)almost 2 hours late and it was COLD! $40.00 waisted! I ordered a Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza, they brought me bread sticks instead, female driver said she would return with correct... order and they never did return. This location is liars and thieves. I even gave a $7 tip trusting her to return. Read more
The call center messed up and never put in my order. Thankfully we were doing carry out so we were able to speak with a cashier... at the location we wanted it from and she was all alone behind the register and kitchen. She had 2 drivers going in and out withdeliveries. She truly was beyond impressive. Thank you to the woman who worked the night of july 21, 2022. This Pizza Hut has gone downhill. We ordered from them a few months ago and waited an hour and a half for delivery. I called... today to give it another try and the employee put me on hold right away. I could hear everything going on in the background, andthe phone was just sitting. I waited for a while, and then just hung up. Very disappointing because this is the only store thatdelivers to us, and we love Pizza Hut pizza. We have taken our business elsewhere for tonight. This is the only Pizza Hut I will patronize. Staff is always friendly and nice, and food top notch for Pizza Hut. Ordered the... new Spicy Lovers pizza, made it a Pan Pizza with extra cheese. I always pick up my pie, no delivery, and it was a beautifulpizza. Lots of cheese and piping hot. My wife hates pizza, but loved the crunchy pan crust. She had me cut all the crust offand devoured it. I enjoyed the pickled red peppers that were just a bit spicy and full of flavor, the xtra cheese, andpepperoni which would have been better with more. Still, a Great experience. Too bad Napolis Pizza is less than a mile away. IMHO Napolis is the best pizza around. Their Large pepperoni xtra cheese is AMAZING! Truly Still, this Pizza Hut stands outamong its many chain piers. Read more
