I see a lot of one star reviews for this location. They are warranted, but none of it is the employees' fault. This location is... constantly understaffed and the managers or owners clearly do not care for their underpaid employees. I went there today for amobile order pick up and ended up waiting in the drive thru line 10-15 minutes. I am not upset about that. What I'm upset aboutis that there was only one poor kid working with an entire line behind me. Take better care of your workers. Smh Read more

This is the most moronic store I?ve been to in a while. I walked in, got to see the donuts, was standing at the counter?and then... told they?re closed for walk in customers??I have to get back in my truck and drive around into the tiny little drive throughbuilt for golf carts. Absolutely horrible experience. The lady that was working at the drive-through window. Told me if I wanted less ice she wasn?t... gonna fill my cup up to the rim. I also ordered food and she said oh honey I?m working by myself I can?t do food for you rightnow, mind you there was no one in the drive-through line, and no one inside the building, I would never recommend going to thisDunkin.
