My son and I enjoyed a good sausage, egg, and cheese croissanwich.The first time we went to the Casselberry location, the food... was fresh and delicious, though the service stunk. I've kept going ever since, because the Longwood location closer to home haspoor food AND service. However, every time I go to this location, the service is rude and never even friendly. When they takeyour order, they don't ask, "would you like anything else?", instead, I get a "that's it?". Then, they just hold their hand outfor my card, run it, and hand it back without a thank you. Then, they hand you the food without saying a word either. No "thankyou", or "have a nice day", not a word! Slowly, the food prep has declined as well and now, the food is no good either. I justbought our breakfast there and the egg was like biting into a dry sponge, and the sausage was like rubber! The sandwiches usedto be made fresh and now they're sitting out, turning to rubbery, spongy food. What a waste! We used to love Burger King buttrying to find a good location is too rare to bother anymore! I'm sick of trying. We're done BK. Read more
I went to the drive thru and got a simple whopper meal with no onion and no tomatoes and a coke no ice This was during lunch... rush. Burger was cold, fries was cold and the cashier was rude and not customer Friendly at all. He gave me a drink with ice soI mentioned I asked for no ice and basically snatched it. Then gave me my food and my drink with no straw. I've never had goodservice at this burger King and this is my last time going. Read more
Worst fast food place in Orlando. The drive thru person doesn?t mention the total, just tells you to pull around. Ended up... paying over $11 when I thought I was getting the 2 for $6 deal. Also I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they gave megrilled. Cold food, lopsided burger. Terrible. Read more
I had my taste buds in the mood for a whopper and what I got was a mess. I asked for a whopper with cheese no onions cut in half... like always. with an order of onion rings. when I opened up my burger I was VERY UPSET!! The burger was not cut in half therewas no cheese and the put extra onions on it. I thought this was the place to have your way. but I guess not. I was verydisappointed. Very rude staff in this location they don?t even give you what you order, please check your order before you leave, if not I can... assure you you?re going to have the wrong food. I order a whopper which they give me a vegetarian one which I didn?t order myfries were all mixed up with onion rings my Berger had no lettuce and it was so Bland. The screen didn't work ,the food was cold and my food was wrapped in wax paper. I ordered no pickles light onion so they put... three mushy tomatoes instead. The food is usually better at this location. Read more
I should have looked at the negative reviews on google and yelp before visiting this store. 1 full Year of bad ratings, poor... customer service complaints, shady characters, wrong orders all around. For my case, I had a Mobile order to be picked up atDrive-Thru, when arrived employee asked me to walk inside the restaurant to pick up the order. I walked inside, employees arehaving a "hanging-out" conversation with their friends. They look at me as through I intruded their little get together. Iplaced an order with Onion Rings, and I end up getting fries. I placed an order with dipping sauces, and I end up with none. Iwalk inside as a customer, and I end up getting an unfriendly stare. Gone here multiple times during regular business hours for them to tell me, through the drive thru microphone, that they are... closed. Once went to the drive thru and they yelled out of a car nearby they were closed. Nothing against getting baked on theclock, but c'mon. One of the worst fast food franchises I have ever come across and I guess that is a feat in and of itself. Read more
