Went on 11/03 at 1015PM, all lights were on, website said drive thru closes at 11PM and the sign on the window said dru e thru... closes at 12AM. No one was in the building. Tried again. On 11/10 at 929PM and all the lights were off and closed again. Why?What is the true hours? Read more

The cashier. Matthew. He was the worst person I?ve had to deal with in a minute. He repeatedly told me to take my time because... they close at midnight. Matthew here also called me his b word and I ordered my food and he said, and I quote, ?Is that all? Ithought by your size you would order more.? I stated him down until he said sorry. Pregnant wife was craving this for lunch, so of course I immediately went. I ordered inside and they were so nice. They were... pretty busy even at 11:30am, but I didn't wait too long. Food was good according to the wife, so gotta give props to Arby's formaking the pregnant lady happy. Read more

I went in and the place was busy during rush hour, which is understandable, but I still waited an 30 minutes in the dining room... while the cashier gave all the customers attitude and kept scratching her head and touching customers food with bare hands. Wecalled corporate after spending $40 there and they gave us a small sandwich meal. The inside of the restaurant was dirty withfood, straws, napkins, and sauces all over the floors. 6/25/22 @ 3:50 pm. It?s like we were bothering them. They didn?t want to serve us on trays, although I see the stacks of dirty... trays in the lobby ( they said they just didn?t have any more ). They took a long time with our food then we had to wait, aboutjust as long for the remake because fries were cold and soggy. They kept forgetting we were waiting on remakes. The girl at thefront register had headphones on and wasn?t really paying attention to us. They weren?t really busy at the time. It was justa less than mediocre experience and poor service. I ordered through the app, showed up 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and the cashier inside was absolutely... rude. She told me she couldn?t have them make my order until they received it. Mind you, this was 30 minutes after I initiallyordered it. She let me stand there for an hour. Had I not paid ahead of time in the app, I would have just left. Finally one ofthe line cooks asked to see the order on my phone and just made it for me. The cashier came around and asked who?s order he wasbagging and she started to get irritated with him because he was giving me the food I obviously paid for and had proof of. Shehad the worst customer service skills and was just all around rude. I visit this Arby?s often as it?s close to my home and havefor years. I would gladly go elsewhere or drive further to visit another location that?s how awful she was. Leaving this reviewwas my last resort as Arby?s help through the app did nothing. Read more

New Waygu burger with bacon. Bun held everything in well. Great for a fast food change different burger change. Very filling and... larger than McD's Quarter Pounder. The sauce did not overpower the whole burger. Give it a try! Read more
