absolutely awful, cold food. way understaffed

Got my food home and it was cold. My kids quesadillas werent even melted. And I ordered a side of sour cream and didnt get it.
If there was away to give them no stars I'd so do it. I have food allergies. I've stressed this so many times. And tonite was... the end. I couldn't even try to eat anything that was ordered. I'm done with the not listening when I tell them more than onceto please not put stuff on my food. And I don't live close by to go get it. When someone tells u not to put something on theirfood there is a bigger reason than it being fresh and hot. Thanks so much. Read more
A # 2 with a medium drink, a nacho cheese and sour cream now cost over 15.00 dollars and the tato lays had so much salt on them... I couldn't eat them. Totally a waste of money...never again Read more
To start, there were no customers at the store when we pulled up, we thought they were closed. Lol. They weren't thankfully,... but, I have an idea why no one was there when we began ordering. It seemed like everything we wanted to order they did not haveavailable. So we all just ordered tacos. You would all think why I'm giving 3 stars then? 2 reasons, first, the customer servicefrom the cashier was awesome. He was extremely empathetic and sorry that nothing was available. Second ... Potato Oles, I meanthat alone is enough for a 5 star review right? I know it's not the stores fault that they were out of everything, but a headsup with a sign on the counter would have been nice. Just enjoy paying full price for 2 burritos. Only to receive 2 burritos half filled. Taco John's must be charging their own... inflation... Absolutely, terrible. Will not be visiting this location for a while. Read more
