Good service, Fresh ingredients. Spinach Wrap is taken of the menu. This Subway gets a better than average 3.7

Very poor service walked in and 3 people there one kid burned our bread some old women looked all high thought talking to her... daughter was more important then the customers however:she thought complaining about a long day and still my families burnedsandwich sat there while she walked in back then to other side of restaurant I asked the young kid do you always work byyourself he said yeah ..then made excuse for that lazy women about that they are behind on work like come on it was deadsandwich was lame stingy with veggies looked like all bread and nothing more the women knew I was upset so she try to offer freesoda and chips we just said no thanks and walked out. So I tried this location today. Inside was moderately clean. The staff were not dressed in uniform, one was completely in casual... attire. They were out of some bread choices, three were available. The girl made my sandwich right but dropped it on the floortrying to put it in the oven, not a big deal. She apologized and cleaned it up but then used the same gloves to make me anothersandwich that had just touched the floor! Won?t be back to this location. Read more
Used the app to order so I could just stop and grab my order. They were busy. But didn't even acknowledge me. Got home and my... sons sandwich was missing the bacon I paid extra for. They closed in a few minutes so he just ate the sandwich how it was.Wanted to do survey but couldn't because I didn't get an actual receipt ???? Read more
I made an online order. I asked for extra napkins. My kids got home and opened up there food, their sands were mostly bread.... Where were the veggies at??!! Then I pulled out the napkins. They were smashed in there and a tad bit damp. It was gross. Nothappy at all. The Newport Subway is awesome! I'm going there for now on. Read more
