I have to start off by saying the owner is wonderful. I enjoyed talking to him and sensed how proud he is of how well the place... is doing after its grand opening. The cake pops get the biggest rave thus far. They are huge and the price is a lot better thanother places in the area. If you're wanting a sweet drink it's a great place to go. I do wish there was more sugar freeoptions. The breakfast sandwich that I received was very cheesy, which I know some people would love alot! This seems like agreat place when looking for something sweet or a place for teenagers to hang out at. It's worth trying at least once. Read more
Overall 3 stars, which is a tough review to write because of their incredible customer service. Breaking the review down on my... experience. Excellent customer service!! 5 ???? - I would go back just for the positive vibes and good energy from thestaff. Ordered a hot Caramelicious. 2 ???? - The espresso seemed oily and was burnt. I only took about three drinks. For acoffee shop, this was certainly a disappointment for me. Ordered Courage Cookies. 5 ???? - The sugar cookie itself wasdelicious, soft, buttery and really everything I could hope for. The frosting does have cream cheese which is unique to sugarcookies and not something I personally love in general, but don't see fit to adjust the review on personal taste because it wasstill quite good. Absolutely amazing staff. The owner will always have my respect and business. I went to get coffee for a fundraiser our Casper... Fighter Fighters were doing, raising money for a fellow local firefighter fighting for his life. When the owner listened to whatI was getting the coffee for, he gave me two pots of coffee for the firefighters and told me if we needed more to call him andhe would BRING US more!!! He didn?t ask for recognition- just humbly gave what I was willing to pay for ?? Thank you forsupporting these men and women who are Casper?s hometown hero?s. You will always have my patronage! Absolutely loved and have continued to love my visits to Scooters. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful when deciding on a... drink. We got food items and coffee. The owner was outside taking orders as they were incredibly busy! Super friendly and staff were... awesome. Pup cup was cute and enjoyed by our dogs. The cookie was *insanely* delicious, maybe like they used cream cheese?Whatever the secret, it absolutely makes it. The bacon gouda ciabatta was pretty tough/chewy yet yummy. I wasn't a huge fan ofmy candy bar latte, but the coffee is delicious with the cream milk they use! Read more
I was having a busy day and thought I would try Scooters, as I had some coupons that came in a mailing. Everyone was very... friendly, but unfortunately my experience was less that satisfactory. 1. They were out of pumpkin spice; not a big deal. Theysuggested an alternative, which I ordered with half the sweetener. 2. I presented my coupon at the window, but for some reasonthe "half off" and "$2 off" coupons would not work (??) so I they used used the "$1 off coupon." Again, not a big deal. 3. Mycoffee was so sweet I could not drink it, so I don't think I received what I ordered. Each of these issues alone would notbother me, but all three in my first visit was very disappointing. I have seriously been so happy with the service every time I've gone there!!! Everyone has been amazing, and so nice. And the... coffee has been awesome!!! I have to give a special shout out to Bobby for being awesome cuz he's just made our day every timewe've seen him there!!!
