Probably won't come back after this visit. Apparently they no longer actually have pieces of lobster in the lobster bisque. My... wife has been getting it since I have known her and up until her last visit, a month ago or so, there was pieces of actual meatin the soup. When we brought this to the staff's attention, she was basically told she didn't know what she was talking about.She was then lectured by Troy on the history of Red Lobster's soup. he claimed they now puree the meat into the soup and havefor years...they must have pureed it into powder! Sad....what he didn't wanna say was the truth, and that is they shrinkflatedtheir food! Followup to the restaurants reply.... I refuse to willingly hand over my data to Zuckerberg's band of socialists,so I guess I dont get anything from Red Lobster either? I have to be on Facebook to get customer service??? F U Now I know I'llnever be back! And I will never have anything good to say to about the chain again either. Read more
Food was pretty good but our server acted really out of it and managers just walking around doing seemingly nothing but holding... managers pose (lol). Atmosphere was odd and the ac was on even tho it's almost winter so the restaurant was freezing and my foodgot cold before I could finish it because of this. Will go back but hoping for better experience!! Read more
Our food was delicious!! Can't say enough nice things about Veronica B. We never wanted for anything, she was great. Very... pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be back and I will be asking for her!! Restaurant was nice and clean. Read more
Not a fan of a sea-food chain concept but this one is well organized, the staff is helpful without being over the top and the... meat, both white and red, was very tasty. The vegetables could have been a tad fresher but we were probably one of the lastsittings of the day, so hard to say if it wasn't just the bad luck of going in late. Read more

We were traveling through and stopped to pick up our call in order. We took our food to our motel approximately 20 minutes away... from Red Lobster. We realized they hadn’t given us our biscuits when we got to our motel. I called to see if they could returnsome money to our credit card. The manager said he couldn’t. He also told me the waitress who gave us our food admitted sheforgot the biscuits. The manager did say he could send us a coupon for free biscuits. That’s all he could do. I gave him myaddress. We’ve been back home for almost a month and no coupon. The food is good but not the service. Read more

We went the day before Thanksgiving and were in a bit of a time crunch, but that was not a problem. Our server/waitress was... great! The food was delicious! It was an expensive meal but it was worth it ???? We will back another time I am sure. Read more
