Over the years I have come to expect many different kinds of quality of service when ordering from the Pizza Hut stores we have... here. There are quite a few of really awesome employees that work at the stores. But, the truly awesome one's work at the storewe get our food from and some sadly even over the years of ordering have still maintained a lower level with overallperformance and customer service. When I/we place our order, we usually have one store in mind that we order from. Because thepizza dough is usually very well made, as well as any other food we order off the menu and when we order any drinks or extrasauce we receive them. In my opinion the Pizza Hut store on 13th and Poplar is one of the best stores to not only get greatcustomer service! But, also a wonderful place to get quality food! Read more
Great app overall, except I had an error with my points. I had a big order and earned points over multiple orders, but lost... about 130 points randomly. I checked my order history and I don't have a record of spending the points, so I've reached out tothe customer service and am still waiting on feedback. Still, no one out-pizzas the hut! Read more
I was impressed with the quality of the pizza and cheese bread sticks at this Pizza Hut. They weren't greasy or sloppy with... sauce and I felt that care had been taken to prepare them exactly as I asked. The employee was polite and clearly took his jobseriously, carefully ascertaining that we received what we needed to make our dinner both convenient and pleasurable. The food has been fresh and delivered fast!! The pizza and wings tasted sooo good and delivered hot like it should be!
I order from this pizza hut a lot and have been a loyal customer, but tonight I ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were below... satisfactory. The pizza was dry, hardly any taste and was luke warm by the time we received it. Read more
One of the pizzas was quite mangled by the time it reached our house. Pieces were tucked under themselves and the toppings on... the chicken parm all slid to one side of pizza. It was fixable, however I do expect the people making the pizza and deliveringthem to be a little bit more careful. Other that that very good, tasty pizza! Just keep the toppings on ALL of the pizza nexttime, instead of half. Read more
Placed a take out order and my wife?s arms were full with our newborn and I had the pizza in my hand and everyone was just super... polite, held the doors for us both times while telling us to have a good evening. It was really nice to be treated so awesomeafter a long day at work! Plus the pizza is always awesome from this location! Thanks guys! Read more
