Very good selection of items to choose from to put into our bowls, however only options for sizing was large so it was almost$... 80 for lunch for 4. Only was the one chef who was cooking it was a very long wait to get it cooked. They no longer offered soupor rice. Very much a cold building, they wouldn't allow us to sit in the area where they sun was shining and would have beenwarmer. No upgrades in the last 20 years and it's starting to show the wear and tear. Bathrooms need a significant upgrade. Weused to love coming here but think we will choose elsewhere next time. Read more

The food is amazing (like some of the best stuff I've ever had) but, you can end up getting food poisoning. Personally the first... time I was in extreme pain and this time I'm nauseous. This place is the only place that'll cook your noodles right in front ofyou in town meaning its a treasure but I think they should at least do a remodel and work on food safety a bit more. Maybeproperly clean everything before adding on a new bowl. I know it'll mean you have to wait a bit longer for your food but it'smore sanitary if you clean everything properly before cooking up a new bowl. The place looked sketchy. There aren?t many choices and nothing is fresh let alone properly kept at safe temps. The place needs... to be shut down or taken over and ran properly. All ingredients are in large metal containers sitting on beds of ice andcompletely full. There is only 6-8 sauces to choose from. Which doesn?t really matter because when you hand your bowl over tothe cook he dumps at least 4-5 cups (guess as it?s poured from a bottle with no lid) on your food. My partner even told him noand he did it anyway. The place is dirty. No employee was wearing gloves. The food was pushed around the grill one bowl at atime with a dirty wooden stick. So if you have food allergies DONT GO!!! The grill and the stick aren?t cleaned in betweenbowls. The stick is just placed in a 5 gallon bucket.
