Fantastic customer service, the pizza is the best Little Caesars I've ever ate!
These ppl took my order wrong came back tried to get my right order the guy tried to charge me again when they made a mistake on... their end . They didn't make me the pizza I ordered they don't know how to work . I've worked at a pizza before if u make thewrong other ur sopposE to make another pizza the costumer is ALWAYS RIGHT !!!! Little Caesar's offers a similar experience wherever you go. Prices are always good. You get your food fast. It always tastes... good. You know what I'm talking about. We've gone to Little Caesar's for years, but our experience the other night was fardifferent than how our visit normally goes. We would like to thank Luke for that. He was polite, helped us get the best dealpossible, convinced us to buy a two liter, saved us a few bucks in the process... He was seriously awesome. He was genuine, andit showed. When we asked if there was something we could do to compliment his service, he humbly replied, "nothing." You cantell that to him, this was nothing other than who he is as a person and the way he acts on a regular basis. It wasn't a front ora temporary thing. Job well done, Luke. 2nd street location is always dirty and obviously run by children. They need to teach their employees how to cut pizza!!! Every... single time I have gotten pizza from there I have to recut the entire pizza!! I know for a fact, as a previous employee (20+years ago) that the employees are provided with the proper tools to cut a pizza correctly. But for $5.99 what do u reallyexpect to get?! Read more
